The main advantages of the new pump version are: It can handle higher boost pressure, higher outlet pressure, has a larger rpm range and the stainless material is all AISI316. Only drawback is the change in position and size of the inlet & outlet connections. As stated in the technical newsletter in September 2009, the old PAH pump is now in the phase out stage. Spare parts for the PAH pumps will still be available until 2015.
